Tomorrow is May 1st and you know what that means! Day on of 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts!!! See you tomorrow!! Until then I have created a fun little printable to help keep you motivated and on track! Click to image to DOWNLOAD !

I created it with two days on each page! Track your water intake, workout and food all this handy dandy printable! There is even measurements tracker on the bottom. You can track your measurement daily or when ever you want 🙂

I would recommend printing {on regular paper} 16 and putting them in a three ring binder {if you don’t have a three whole punch that’s ok just staple or paper clip them together!} Now you are all ready to start 31 days of Pinterest Workouts and tomorrow you don’t have to worry if you have a page printed…its already there and ready!
