Day 3 | 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts Challenge


Day 3!!! Burn baby burn!


All the kids are sick so I wanted to find something that I could really quickly, easily and and anywhere!

  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 4 or 5 {I have a permanently torn muscle in my leg and knee so the ice skaters are fairly difficult for me!}
  • How long it takes {on average}? About 10 minutes if you are blasting through like a circuit! I decided to do it this way two times {morning and late afternoon}
  • Do I feel the burn? Oh yes I did! It did get to that point where your glutes are burning and you want to stop…push through! It is so good!
  • My pros and cons? Hmmmm I just really liked it…Nuff said 🙂
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Keep it!
