Day 4 | 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts Challenge

Day 4! Simple for Sunday! With the kids being sick, it being Sunday and just being SO tired I picked two moves to focus on!

  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 1….so quick, so easy, so effective!
  • How long it takes {on average}? How ever long you want it to take! I decided to do 75 on each side two times in both the morning and evening…it took oh about 7-8 minutes!
  • Do I feel the burn? Yes but not until the 2nd time through.
  • My pros and cons? A pro for me is that this is also really good for hip mobility!
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Keeper!

  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this1 as well!
  • How long it takes {on average}? I did the same as about: 75 on each side two times in both the morning and evening! 10 or so minutes for me!
  • Do I feel the burn? Yes, at around 30! So worth it!
  • My pros and cons? I loved it! The only con is if you don’t have the greatest balance you might need to get into a grove! 😉
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Keep it!
