Day 5 | 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts Challenge

Whoooo hooooo Day 5! ABS baby!

  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this 3-4….so quick, so easy, so effective!
  • How long it takes {on average}? 15-20 minutes – thats going though it three times. I did it two times, morning and afternoon!
  • Do I feel the burn? You can tell your muscles are engaged but you feel the burn the next day!
  • My pros and cons? Love it! Thats it!
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Keeper!
