Day 6 | 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts Challenge


Day 6!! Lets burn some fat!


  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this 6-7 because it is high energy and fast paced!
  • How long it takes {on average}? 25 minutes gone through 5-6 times {do it twice a day!}
  • Do I feel the burn? Not really a burn…more of heart pounding exhaustion…in a good way! Don’t forget to drink water afterwards!
  • My pros and cons? Con – Jumping is a little rough on bad knees.
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Keep it.
