  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this 5
  • How long it takes {on average}? Give yourself a good 30 minutes to complete both circuits twice!
  • Do I feel the burn? Yes my arms are burning!!!
  • My pros and cons? Con: You need more time and space for this workout.
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Honestly…On the fence.
