Day 9! Kick that Butt into gear!!


  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 2!!!
  • How long it takes {on average}? 10-15 You could easily make this shorter or longer {by making it into a fast paced circuit}
  • Do I feel the burn? YES!!
  • My pros and cons? Love it!
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? KEEP IT!!!
