Day 10 | 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts Challenge


Day 10!

Ok, so this workout is a little different…14 days to shrink you belly {I would recommend over the next 14 days adding this to your daily workout!}


  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 2-3 super easy!
  • How long it takes {on average}? 15-20 minutes {going through all 5 moves 2-3 times}
  • Do I feel the burn? slight burn during…big burn later in the day! LOVE!
  • My pros and cons? The only con I came up: you must have a stability ball for this workout.
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Yes KEEP this baby!
