Day 12 | 31 Days of Pinterest Workouts Challenge


Day 12!!!! Bad Back? No problem!


  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 1
  • How long it takes {on average}? About 8 minutes…I did it two times so about 15 minutes!
  • Do I feel the burn? no
  • My pros and cons? I love this…I have a chronic bad back so I thought this would be a great workout to add!
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? Keeper!
