  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 5… fast paced!
  • How long it takes {on average}? This needs a good 30-40 minutes. Depending on how fast you go it may be faster or take longer.
  • Do I feel the burn? Oh yes!
  • My pros and cons? Con: You need equipment and space.
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? I’m on the fence.
