Day 14!!!!!!


  • Difficulty level? On a scale of 1- 10 I would give this a 3-4
  • How long it takes {on average}? 15-20 minutes doing each move 50 times and the whole workout at least two times
  • Do I feel the burn? yep your core is going to burn!!!
  • My pros and cons? Love it! NO EQUIPMENT!!!
  • “Keeper” or “Don’t waste your time”? KEEP IT!!!
