✨ Frozen Strawberries and Bananas blended instead of Ice Cream

✨ Greek Yogurt instead of mayo and sour cream

✨ Avocado instead of mayo

✨ Honey instead of sugar

✨ Quinoa instead of rice

✨ Mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes

✨ Sweet potatoes over other potatoes

✨ Nuts instead of chips
