Full Body Workout Printables

Happy April 1st! Now that it’s Spring we are on the go a lot, visiting my sister on the other side of the state, camping and day trips. We wait all winter for the weather to change so that we can be out a lot more…the downside? Sometimes it’s extremely difficult to get a workout in. As I laid in bed this morning {after be awoken by the neighbors lawn crew mowing very early} I decided I wanted to create a easy full body workout printable that can be done literally anywhere without equipment! Here’s what I came up with…

The workouts….

I selected crunches, squats and pushups because in my experience these three workouts separately or combined can get amazing results in a short amount of time!

 

The reps…

100 Crunches – 50 Squats – 20 Pushups, this is a perfect for anyone! I suggest starting you day with this because it will give you so much engery to start your day!

Get more out of you workout…

f you are looking for more of a challenge {like me} do the 100-50-20 when you wake up then again in the late after noon or evening.

Don’t be afraid to mix it up from day to day {here are a few suggestions}

  • Crunches
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Reverse Crunches
  • Heel Touches

 

  • Squats
  • Squat with Leg Lift
  • Pile Squats
  • Narrow Squats

 

  • Pushups
  • Dimond Pushups
  • Wide Arm Pushups
  • Inclined Pushups
