Over the last two days I have learn a couple things…
- Just because its basic doesn’t mean it isn’t going to work…defiantly feeling sore..YAY!
- I do the best when I do my workouts early in morning! The longer I wait the harder it is. I recommend first thing in the morning…if you have kids do the challenge while they are having breakfast, if you are heading to work do the challenge before you take a shower, when you start your day with a workout you will have a happier day!
So let’s get started with day 2!
Yay! I’m so happy I was able to beat my sores from yesterday…but man those squats killed me…my thighs and butt are so sore!
Day 2: Crunches 68 | Day 3: Crunches 74
Day 2: Push ups 30 | Day 3: Push Ups 33
Day 2: Squats 55 | Day 3: Squats 60
