How are you feeling today? Ive noticed that I having increased stamina and I’m not nearly as sore as I was yesterday….which is perfect timing since next week we will be upping the time from 1 minute to 1 minute 20 sec. and we can start the sore all over again!
Next week we will also be talking about setting sort term goals for this month!
So let’s get started with Day 3!
Day 3: Crunches 74 | Day 4: Crunches 76
Day 3: Push Ups 33 | Day 4: Push Ups 37
Day 3: Squats 60 | Day 4: Squats 70
I really had to push my self for those additional 10 squats…but its so worth it!!!
