Guys I have to be honest I’m running on empty today…my allergies are killing me! Here in the PNW we have had hot then cold then rain so our air is full of allergens 😦 But I shall prevail!

Day 4: Push Ups 37 | Day 5: Push Ups 40
Day 4: Squats 67 | Day 5: Squats 65
Blah…less squats…thats annoying! 😉
