31 Day Fit Challenge: DAY 8

We’re movin on up! Today will mark our weekly fitness test…remember all this means is we will have a starting point and a number to beat for the next week!

So let’s get started with Day 8!

Remember we are increasing our time from 1 minute to 1 minute and 20 seconds!

With increased time of 1 minute 20 sec:

Day 8: Crunches 99 

Day 8: Push Ups 45

Day 8: Squats 80
