Happy Thursday! This morning I woke up…feeling…well horrible ๐Ÿ˜ฆ My head hurts, my ears are sore and feel clogged and my sinuses are hurting blah! Emergen-c here I come! Thankfully this is one of the few challenges that unless you have a cough or body ache you can do!

Even though my head hurts that felt great and I’m so glad I did it early!
