Pinterest WOD {workout of the day} #2


First off! Awwwww thank you to everyone who emailed me saying they were happy to have the Pinterest WOD back! That was so cool! I love you guys!

Lets jump right in to the workout!

Just a few things before we get started:

  • Push your body, but know your boundaries make sure all workouts are being done safely.
  • Increase or decrease the weight based on you fitness level
  • Increase or decrease reps to fit your fitness level
