How are you feeling today? Ive noticed that I having increased stamina and I’m not nearly as sore as I was yesterday….which is perfect timing since next week we will be upping the time from 1 minute to 1 minute 20 sec. and we can start the sore all over again!

Next week we will also be talking about setting sort term goals for this month!

DAY 3:

Over the last two days I have learn a couple things…

  1. Just because its basic doesn’t mean it isn’t going to work…defiantly feeling sore..YAY!
  2. I do the best when I do my workouts early in morning! The longer I wait the harder it is. I recommend first thing in the morning…if you have kids do the challenge while they are having breakfast, if you are heading to work do the challenge before you take a shower, when you start your day with a workout you will have a happier day!

Yay! I’m so happy I was able to beat my sores from yesterday…but man those squats killed me…my thighs and butt are so sore!
